| 1. Obey the instructions of the manufacturer for the battery capacity beacuse the diesel engine consumes more electricity than the gasoline engine at the starting time. Insufficiency of the battery capacity may not heat the glow plug sufficiently resulting in starting difficulty. The same phenomenon will occur if the battery is deteriorated. | |||
| 2. Make sure of the manufacture's part number in accordance with Vespark's procduct catalogue when you select the glow plug. Mistakes in selection may sometimes result in difficulty of starting (e.g. using the product specified for 24v in a 12v vehicle) or melting of the glow plug (e.g. using the product specified for ]2v in a 24v vehicle). | |||
| 3.About 25 seconds, 20 seconds, 10 seconds and 20 seconds for the standard type, quick type, S type an coil type respectively to be heated up. When it does not start execllently after preliminary heating, continuous feeding of electricity may consume battery power considerally and gives an unfavorable influence upon the service life of the glow plug. Turn the switch to off after preliminary heating and turn on again. | |||
